that's a lux hotel, for a "melati hotel" maybe like vidi hotel, kusuma hotel, hotel sala, etc...
Tariff each hotels are different, from 36.000 rupiahs until 1 or two million rupiahs per day.
In Indonesia counting a 24 hours time starts from 01.00 pm until 01.00 pm next day.
